Topology Interlocking Program (Topltl), Wolfgang Wimmer

TopItl is an interlocking exercising program based on so called topological interlocking. After drawing a single line diagram and enabling the interlocking function, it calculates the interlocking conditions and uses this during simulated switching operations on the single line, by also telling the reason why an operation is interlocked. Single line diagrams can be imported and exported as IEC 61850 SCL files.

Availability Program (Avd), Wolfgang Wimmer

Avd is an availability calculation program based on availability diagrams. The diagrams can be hierarchically built allowing big size systems to be evaluated in a structured way. Beneath availability, mean time to system failure and mean time to repair also the needed amount of spare parts for bridging a certain time span can be calculated.

Topltl plus Avd integrated, Wolfgang Wimmer

The integrated program version TopCalc offers both functionalities in one program. Additionally some more evaluations of IEC 61850 SCD files are contained, like data flow overview and basic communication load evaluation.
